Quality Training Systems (QTS) helps organizations reach their true business potential by improving the performance of their people and their work processes.  For the past twenty years QTS has designed and delivered funded training programs for organizations of all sizes and in all industries. QTS is made up of a select team of professionals who meet specific organizational needs.
 
Thomas D. Bright is the President and Founder of QTS.  He has fulfilled several roles in the private sector from Training Director to Vice President of Operations.  Thomas has trained over 10,000 front-line workers, supervisors, managers and executives for hundreds of organizations.  He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations and small business. He has successfully coached leaders at all levels.  He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is certified in OSHA's 7615 and 5400 safety courses.
 
Most employers recognize the value of training, however, the costs associated with a comprehensive training program may seem too great for a company to absorb. QTS has secured approximately $10,000,000 in state and federal funding for its client companies.  Close to $1,000,000 of that amount was secured in 2009.  Tapping into government funding has been a QTS core competency since 1990.
